The LTT-184 is a portable data acquisition system, optimized for ultra fast, long and short duration measurements, using up to 16 single ended or differential signals each individually configurable. . Clock input enables the measurement of an external RPM or frequency of a pulse signal.

High speed Data transfer is achieved via SCSI 2 port, an optional Firewire IEEE-1394 Interface is available.

The Patented Internal architecture of the system allows independence from additional PC software, and allows the device to put minimum load on the controlling system and storage subsystem, allowing trouble free implementation in a networked environment.

The very fast 128 up to 512 MB buffer saves all realtime data so that if the transfer to the PC is interrupted no data is lost. Interruptions often occur when using a PC with a multitasking operating system like Windows 2000.

The graphical user interface of the control software is user friendly and mouse controlled under Win98, WinNT4.0, WinME, Win2000 and WinXP All variables have initial values set, to reduce the burden on a first time user. Powerful file format conversion routines are provided that convert the data to allow most popular data analysis program’s to read the format.

The cast metal housing provides sturdiness and protection so that the LTT-184 can be used without problem in the laboratory or in rough working environments.

Multiple LTT-184 can be linked and synchronized creating a single measurement system with an almost unlimited number of channels. Alternatively, systems can be connected to the PC individually using separate SCSI interfaces on your PC. LTT systems also can be linked using the SCSI or FireWire interface with one system transferring the data to the PC. Whichever method is used, collected data will result in only one single file.

Multiple systems can run synchronously using a link between the digital inputs. One system will be defined as master; the others will run as slaves.
